Pre-Construction Services:


The pre-construction phase of the project is the most important phase for an owner to ensure that the goals of the project can be and are met. Wright Construction provides this service in good faith while maintaining an open book approach.

  • Owner Entitlement work
    We are experienced in working with owners in the site selection phase of the project development. Site selection is contingent on critical due diligence work with the ultimate community and their representatives, and officials. Determining responsibility in dollars and schedule for required infrastructure can make or break an owner's return on capital investments.

  • Budgeting/Estimating
    It is our goal to help both the owners and the design team with establishing a realistic budget at each stage of the project. We draw on our experience in the industry as well as our extensive subcontractor base throughout the country to assist with budgeting as needed.

  • Phasing and scheduling
    Our team can assist with scheduling and phasing of your project to help you achieve the goals you desire. We can schedule pre-construction, construction and commissioning activates for the entire project team.

  • Financing
    Wright Construction can assist with conventional and creative finance solutions for your project. Through our vast network of contacts we want to assist in making your projects come to life.

  • LEED (Leadership in Energy and Design) Consultation
    We can assist the design team with the LEED process and advise of the cost and benefits to "green building".


    Construction Management:


    "What do you do when you want to build your new project?" Most business owners are not involved in the construction activities. When you need an expert to assist you in the process, Wright Construction will be there. Our business was founded on being an extension of your company- "your construction department" for as long as it is needed.

    Wright can guide you through the entire process and be your in-house expert.

    Design/Build


    When an owner needs a single source for all its construction needs you can turn to Wright Construction. We can work with an owner's designer or we can assemble a complete design team for an owner. We will take your project from your dream to completion for an owner.
