The work consisted of demolition of the original (1945) structure and construction of a new addition to the existing building including living quarters; weight room; day rooms; bathrooms; and kitchen; as well as partial remodel of the existing structure built in 2002.
Wright Construction worked closely with both the design team and the owner to deliver a high-quality product on budget and prior to contracted completion date. This project offered unique challenges from a design standpoint due to existing conditions of the original 1945 structure. Wright Construction, in conjunction with the design team, was able to expedite the areas of concern and present the issues / solutions to the owner and board of directors to keep the project moving in a forward progression.
