Wright Construction renovated an existing (formerly Aldi’s) grocery store to change the intended use to a swim school for small children. The building structure is one story with a floor area of approximately 13,500 SF. The renovation entailed site work and building shell work as well as extensive interior.

The work involved the complete demolition of the interior building components and the installation of an in-ground swimming pool; restrooms and changing areas; lobby / viewing area; offices; and adjacent interior space.
