As the General Contractor, Wright constructed the new 14,000 SF Emergency 911 Call Center which consisted of an underground concrete bunker that housed the operations center for the entire building. This bunker contained redundant MEP and communications systems to ensure uninterrupted operations under the most severe crisis situations.
Wright Construction Services worked with the owner to value engineer 15% of the building costs without affecting the overall building design. The building was constructed directly adjacent to the existing operations center without disrupting the facility’s day-to-day operations.
