Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office project consists of selective interior demolition and repurposing with tenant finish upgrades to the Tucker Empson Building originally built in 1958. Primary renovation scopes of work include the construction of new walls to accommodate individual offices; new ceiling system and flooring throughout; decorative millwork; complete restroom renovations; and the installation of bullet-resistant windows at the storefront. The mechanical system will be updated with new HVAC package units; and electrical power and data infrastructure will be added.

Exterior work improvements include new fencing, pavement markings, exterior signage, addition of flagpoles, and motorized security vehicle gates.
