The Rockwood School District contracted with Wright Construction on the Marquette High School STEM Improvements Phase 2A & 2B project which necessitated phasing over a 2-year period. Phase 2A was scheduled to be completed by August 2020 and consisted of approximately 17,000 SF of renovations.

During the height of COVID-19 while many businesses lost personnel, products were delayed, and restrictions required less manpower on projects, Wright successfully completed the first phase of the project as scheduled as well as under budget. Phase 2B consists of 20,000 SF of new science and STEM classrooms strategically located throughout second and third floors. Completion of Phase 2B is slated for Summer 2021.
