Construction Management
Wright’s business philosophy is to operate as an extension of our customer’s business and always do what is in their best interest. Our Ten Rules of Business are the cornerstone of our company culture and our approach to working and collaborating as a cohesive team. Each project begins with a clear understanding of the “end” and the owner’s vision. We work with respective architects to ensure that the owner has every expectation met during the program management phase of design. We have assembled forward thinking teams that continually advance in knowledge, systems, and technology thus working with the tools required to be creative, accurate, and concise.
We have had the opportunity on many project deliverables to develop the team and to establish the budget and schedule metrics in turning over superior quality projects to our customers. Communicating options and alternatives to the client, while maintaining the budget and schedule expectations, is a skill sharpened by Wright representatives daily. As such, over 70% of our work is with repeat customers.
