St. Louis County Police Precinct #3

— November 15, 2022 —

Precinct #3 will be built on the former Sappington Garden Shop site (11520 Gravois Road, St. Louis, Missouri) and will be span more than 15,000 SF – three times the size of the current precinct. Wright Construction Services will serve as general contractor and is looking forward to establishing a strong partnership with M+H Architects to deliver this highly anticipated project to the St. Louis County Police and community. Site preparation to begin in October. Construction activities scheduled to begin by October and targeted open in early 2024.
