The 15,000-square-foot St. Louis County Police Precinct #3 facility was designed to foster engagement both internally and within the community, while open spaces and fitness areas promote increased productivity and higher morale.

The state-of-the-art facility features a modern exterior constructed of a load-bearing steel frame, CMU and a metal panel rain screen system, along with longboard siding, clerestory windows, decorative and functional fencing, security gates and EV charging stations. The interior includes office spaces, a detention area, a drive-thru sally port, weight room and community room.

The interior is designed as a versatile space that encourages interaction among staff and the community while also serving as a processing and detention center. It includes evidence storage, intake stations and jail cells. The facility represents a major improvement over the much smaller space previously occupied by the precinct.
